Release Notes V1.11.0

We are here for the long run, and in this release on top of enhancements to UI and APIs, we have accomplished the following:

  • General:

    • “User Confidentiality Commitment” is introduced via “Terms and Conditions” page and reminders to inform users about accessing confidential information.

    • System-defined UUIDs (Universally Unique Identifiers) are introduced to enhance the flexibility, interoperability, and consistent unique identification on the SiGREEN platform.

    • Whenever a new component, product, supplier, or any other entity is created, the system automatically generates and assigns a UUID.

    • Global Upload Module is launched for seamless bulk file uploads, with detailed error reporting and asynchronous uploads.

    • All Identifier types and factories can be updated. Updates are reflected throughout the platform.

  • My Tasks:

    • “Company Admin” can edit task details and assign users as “Reviewer” / “Assignee”.

    • Enablement of task cancellation functionality for sent PCF requests and enablement of reviewer assignment during request phase.

    • Enablement of PCF export for separate component tasks in status "PCF received" / "Under review".

    • Introduction of new columns; "Requested on", "Updated on", "Main Component ID" and "Supplier ID".

    • Introduction of pagination approach and pagination controls with row count functionality for task grids.

    • Increase of character restrictions limit to a maximum number of 1000 characters for comments and for all user actions for which a reason is required.

  • Product Portfolio:

    • Update of Product templates to include UUIDs and are available in the Product Overview.

    • A new filter option “No Factories” is added in the “Factories” column.

    • Simplification of BOMs component view and the maximum number of BOMs per product is limited to 100 in number.

    • Deletion of the components associated with the locked BOMs is now possible. The copy of the component in locked BOM is not deleted even if the component is deleted in procurement.

    • The PCF form filling session time is extended to 4 hours.

  • Procurement:

    • Update of Components, Suppliers, and Secondary Data templates to include UUIDs, and are available in the Procurement Overview.

    • Separate Export functionality for Components, Suppliers, Secondary Data, and Component-Supplier information to Excel along with filter options.

    • Rename of "Estimations" to "Secondary Data" across the application for clarity.

    • Addition of "Task Status" and "PCF Requested On" columns in the Component-Supplier table for better tracking of related Task/Request status. 

    • "Incoming Proof" is now set as the default globally at the company level to streamline the application workflow.
