Copy a PCF to a Draft
If you have already created your PCF and want to duplicate it to make edits or add a new standard or as a way to simply update your PCF. SiGREEN now enables you to copy the already created PCF to a draft, saving you time and effort. Once a PCF is created, it cannot be updated. However, it can be copied as a new draft.
To do that, simply head over to your Product Portfolio and navigate towards a product for which you want to re-edit or update it's Product Carbon Footprint (PCF).
In your PCF Overview, scroll down to your PCF Records, click on the three dots next to an already created PCF, and choose the option "Copy to New Draft". A new PCF draft will be generated, automatically pre-filled with all the information from your previous PCF.
Once a new draft is created. You can now edit the draft PCF. Fill in or edit all the necessary information, then create. You can then delete the old PCF.
This empowers you to modify and create additional PCFs for each product without the need to re-enter your data.
