Invite users and assign user roles
Different users have different objectives in SiGREEN. So that each of your employees can focus fully on their individual tasks, the authorizations of the user roles in SiGREEN are predefined and optimally matched to the respective requirements. Moreover, user can be assigned to self-defined business units and thus will only see those products that really matter to them.
One of your main tasks as Company Admin is to invite users and assign them to user roles.
To ensure seamless collaboration with your colleagues on SiGREEN, it's important to add them to the system. Here are two simple ways to do it:
1) Main Menu: Click on the + icon located in the top bar next to the bell icon. This will open a window where you can add new users.
2) Avatar and Configure: Access your Avatar and select the Configure option. Within the User Management sub-tab, you'll find an overview of all existing users and their assigned roles, including yourself as the Company Administrator.
To add a new user, simply click on the + Invite User button.
To edit or delete data users, click on the three dots on the right side next to the user name.
As soon as you click + Invite User a dialog box with fields will open, where you should enter your colleague's information. Now you just need to assign one or more roles and finish the process by clicking Send.
Wondering what happens now to your invited users? They will receive an email to activate their account on SiGREEN.
