PCF Bulk Uploads

With SiGREEN Advanced, you have the possibility to bulk upload your PCFs even without APIs​. While we'll cover the convenient bulk upload options here, it's important to note that the only way to achieve truly fully created PCFs in bulk is by using our APIs.

With a unique excel file you will be able to upload up to 500 PCFs in one go. As easy as copy pasting the attributes into the excel template and uploading it to SiGREEN.

It is also possible to use the PCF bulk upload form to create a products. This helps in creating a product and a it's PCF at the same time.

1. Access the PCF bulk upload form:

   • Navigate to your Product Portfolio.

   • You can find this form either at the individual product level or within a product family.

2. Prepare your data in the Excel template & Upload:

   • Fill out the Excel template with your PCF and product data. You will be able to upload up to 500 PCFs

   • Once your Excel file is ready, upload it to SiGREEN via the PCF bulk upload form.

3. Review individual PCFs and finalize the PCF Creation

   • Draft Status: Even after a successful bulk upload, each PCF is initially created as a draft.

   • Individual Review Required: Unlike API-driven bulk creation, the bulk upload form does not automatically finalize PCFs.

   • Finalization Process (Per PCF):

     1. Open the individual draft PCF by clicking on the three dots to the right of each "Draft" Credential.

     2. Click "Edit & Create".

     3. Review its contents carefully.

     4. Create the PCF to finalize it.
