Release Notes V1.13.0

We are here for the long run, and in this release on top of enhancements to UI and APIs, we have accomplished the following:

  • General:

    Roles and Permissions

    • Company Admin can view all details by default.

    • New Role is introduced: "LCA expert". They can access task module and product portfolio module. The LCA Expert has all the relevant permissions:

    • Create PCFs

    • Make comments in PCF tasks

    • Review received PCFs, then inform procurement manager to accept

    CBAM (upcoming)

    • Implemented CBAM information module. Where users can find a page to request more information about upcoming CBAM module.

    Configuration Page

    • New add-on section to request additional features.

    • Side-bar navigation for all configuration options.

  • My Tasks:

    • The Updated on column under Product Tasks, Component Tasks, and Verification Tasks in the "My Tasks" section is updated accordingly whenever a comment is added for a particular task.

    • Show requested Component name and ID in the request PCF overview.

  • Product Portfolio:

    • Standardizing all instances of PCFs to have both Total Incl. and Total Excl. biogenic emissions as well as showing both Production Stage and Distribution Stage.

    • Locked BOM names can be edited.

    • Factory emissions; Improved data flow from the own Manufacturing table to the PCF form - Added weighted average functionality, filters, search, and sorting.

  • Procurement:

    • Average emission information to have both Total Incl. and Total Excl. biogenic emissions as well as showing both Production Stage and Distribution Stage.

    • Component PCF history graph can now be filtered based on date range, and average emissions incl. and excl. biogenic.

  • New Premium Features:

    • Restriction Concept

      Company admins can create user groups, assigning specific users with restricted access to either Material Categories or Product Families. This enables targeted permissions management.

    • API Management for Technical Users

      • Create, Edit, Delete technical user for your company.

      • Define different API scopes for each user (Basic API, Remote API, Shopfloor API).

    • AI Emission Estimator; use AI Multi Suggest to automatically receive multiple options for suitable emission factors, or let AI Best Match instantly choose the best emission factor for you.
