Release Notes V1.16.0

We are here for the long run, and in this release on top of enhancements to UI and APIs, we have accomplished the following:

  • General:

    General Improvements

    • Design improvements of overall UI and buttons

    • Security input enhancements

    Dashboard

    Introduced a view called "Dashboard" (visibility depending on the user role). Charts can be downloaded as an image.

    Dashboard is split into two sections:

    • Product Portfolio: introduced four new charts to view product information, making it easier to analyze product families and track task progress. The updates combine different chart types to show task status, workflow over time, and request network, all with interactive elements for clarity, shared tooltips and legend toggling.

    • Procurement: introduced five new charts to view procurement information. Component information is grouped by emission data availability, while tasks are displayed in dynamic charts to show progress and workflow over time.

  • My Tasks:

    • Company wide email notifications are turned on by default. This can be changed on a user level via profile settings. They are sent for task activities reaching only active, registered users.

  • Product Portfolio:

    • Enhanced BOM Management.

      • Emission items is introduced, now displayed in a nested, expandable format, allowing for better organization and analysis of complex data structures. It is possible to view subcomponents and nested emission items within each component.

      • Emission items support up to 10 nested levels and a maximum of 100 emission items per component.

      • Excel Download: it is now possible to download the BOM

  • Procurement:

    Supplier Role Restrictions

    • Prevention of the addition of companies associated with Certifier roles as suppliers during manual entry and bulk upload processes.

    Enhanced Partner Network Profiles

    • Enhanced to encourage profile completeness and provide clear visibility metrics.

  • SiGREEN APIs:

    • For detailed information about the SiGREEN APIs, refer to the Documentation in the Siemens Xcelerator Developer Portal.

  • Upcoming in V1.16.1:

    • Updating the PCF data models to the latest version. TfS V3.1 and PACT V3.0.
